We only provide support for items that arrive damaged or if an incorrect item has been shipped. All issues must be reported on the same day the order is received.
Condition Requirement
To be eligible for a resolution, the item must be in its original packaging. If the wrong item was sent, it must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Shipping Costs
If your claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs required to return the incorrect or damaged item.
Resolution
Once we receive and verify the issue, we will offer a replacement for the item. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
